Annual Meeting

The Cooperative's Annual Membership Meeting is the chance for the members to vote who they want to represent them as a director of the Cooperative. Three of the nine directors are elected annually to serve a three-year term. This is also the time for members to approve or reject any bylaw changes that may be recommended by the Board of Directors.

The Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled for the first Friday in August.  Registration begins at 4:00 p.m. with a free dinner served to all that attend. The business portion of the meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. Other activities include free musical entertainment and a drawing for attendance prizes.
