Approved Applications were:
Couple residing in Gasconade County received $2,497 to assist with medical and dental expenses.
Couple residing in Osage County received $843.50 to assist with medical expenses.
Individual residing in Osage County received $2,500 to assist medical expenses.
Osage County Senior Services Council was awarded $2,000 to assist with providing meals for seniors at the center as well as to home-bound individuals.
Family residing in Maries County received $1,000 to assist with replacing items due to a house fire.
Individual residing in Cole County was awarded $1,300 to assist with dental expenses.
Individual residing in Cole County was awarded $2,500 to assist with dental expenses.
Family residing in Osage County received $3,892.10 to assist with replacing items due to a house fire.
Individual residing in Gasconade County was awarded $1,320 to assist with dental expenses.
Eugene Elementary School was awarded $300 to assist with their Buddy Pack Program which provides food to children in need.
Individual residing in Cole County was awarded $1,853 to assist with dental expenses.

There were 14 applications received in the fourth quarter of 2012.
7 – Individual or Family applications – 6 approved 1 tabled for a total of $16,764.57

Grade Center received $2,500 to
purchase bus passes for low-income students to attend school.
Osage Caring Projects was awarded $5,000 to assist with the Christmas Wish Program which provides gifts to low income children residing in Osage County.
Individual residing in Gasconade County received $1,200 to assist with dental and medical expenses.
Family with a disabled daughter residing in Cole County received $2,500 to assist with medical expenses.
Individual residing in Miller County received $2,500 to assist with medical expenses.
Family residing in Osage County was awarded $5,000 to assist with replacing items due to a house fire.
Called-Anointed-Sent was awarded $5,000 to assist with installing a walk-in cooler for the food pantry.
Husband and wife residing in Maries County were awarded $3,664.57 to assist with medical and dental expenses.
Single mother residing in Osage County was awarded $1,900 to assist with purchasing equipment for her son diagnosed with Autism.
Healing Horses Therapeutic Riding received $1,000 to assist with constructing a portable mounting ramp for disabled individuals.

Single mother with a disabled daughter residing in Franklin County was awarded $2,500 to assist with installing a wheel chair ramp/lift for her vehicle.
Eldon Community Foundation was awarded $5,000 to assist with their Mustang Pack Program which provides meals for low-income children on weekends.
Senior Nutrition Council of Jefferson City/Cole County was awarded $5,000 to assist with providing
meals for senior citizens.
Family residing in Osage County received $3,378.75 to assist with medical expense for two family members.
Family residing in Franklin County was awarded $5,000 to assist with medical and dental expenses for two family members.
Osage County Community Living was awarded $2,000 to assist with the expenses of providing a one-day Autism Workshop in Osage County.

CMCA – Osage Family Resource Center received $840 for a leadership program for low-income individuals.
Family residing in Osage County was awarded $3,921.77 to assist with medical expenses for two family members and dental expenses for another.
Family residing in Cole County received $5,000 to assist with medical expenses for two family members including a special needs child.
Family residing in Gasconade County received $2,500 to assist with transportation expenses to receive medical treatment for their child.
Chamois Health & Wellness Fair was awarded $2,000 to assist with a health fair for the community.
Owensville Transit was awarded $2,000 to assist with transportation expenses for the senior citizens and disabled individuals residing in Gasconade County.
Family residing in Moniteau County received $3,000 to assist with replacing items due to a house fire.
The Special Learning Center in Jefferson City was awarded $5,000 to assist with purchasing specialized equipment, testing tools and supplies.
Husband and wife residing in Cole County were awarded $3,700 to assist with medical and dental expenses.
Family residing in Osage County was awarded $5,000 to assist with medical and dental expenses.
Heartland Independent Living Center in Owensville was awarded $5,000 to assist with purchasing adaptive equipment for their loan program for disabled individuals.
A special needs individual residing in Cole County received $2,500 to assist with dental expenses.
An individual residing in Osage County was awarded $2,500 to assist with medical expenses.
