	Annual Meeting

The Cooperative's annual meeting is the chance for the members to vote who they want to represent them as a director of the Cooperative. Three of the nine directors are elected annually to serve a three-year term.

This is also the time for members to approve or reject any bylaw changes that may be recommended by the Board of Directors.

Registration begins at 4:00 p.m. with a free picnic-style dinner served to all that attend. The business portion of the meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. Other activities include free musical entertainment and a drawing for attendance prizes. Watch for details about the Annual Membership Meeting.
